We offer return options for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your delivery.

Items being returned must remain unused, in original condition, complete with original shoe boxes, tags and all original accessories. Worn, scuffed, damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted for refunds. You must submit a return request via our official email [email protected] and receive formal authorisation before sending items back to our warehouse.

When our team receives and inspects your returned goods, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 1‑4 business days. Original outbound shipping costs are non‑refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the incorrect product.
